When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt. A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email. Only the items listed in that email are part of the contract.

(b) Pricing & Availability

We strive to ensure all details and prices are accurate, but errors may occur. If there’s an error in pricing, we will notify you and offer the option to confirm or cancel. If canceled, a full refund will be issued.

Delivery and COD charges are additional and clearly displayed at checkout.

(c) Payment

A standard authorization check is performed on your card. Once authorized, your card will be debited and the amount held as a deposit until order dispatch.

(d) Cancellations (COD / Non-COD)

Orders suspected to be fraudulent or of high value may be canceled if not prepaid within 48 hours. The company reserves the right to make this decision solely.
